fix(ssr): bootstrap standalone app for CommonEngine

Passing EnvironmentProviders via CommonEngine StaticProvider[] dropped
provideZoneChangeDetection, causing ZoneStablePendingTask2 on render.
Use bootstrapApplication + mergeApplicationConfig instead.
